Crop Circle formations began to gain widespread attention in 1980, and have grown in both numbers and complexity ever since. In 1992 and 1993, Dr. Beck traveled to southern England to experience firsthand their energy and forms.

There, Dr. Beck engaged in experiments in Interspecies Communication. He meditated at night with a dedicated group of researchers inside crop formations, like this one at Windmill Hill. Several researchers, including Dr. Beck, focused inwardly on a specific image only to have it appear as a crop formation shortly thereafter. Dr. Beck's conclusions: Crop Circles appear to be physical artifacts resulting from the interaction of human minds and non-human consciousness.
For example, the image above is a representation of the Mandlebrot Set, a mathematical expression of Chaos. This 1991 crop formation parallels the human discovery of Chaos Theory and our exploration of fractal geometry, the language of Chaos. The Mandlebrot Set is the most complex function in mathematics. In fact, it is infinitely complex. By definition, everything is contained within it, even consciousness. It holds the answer to all of our questions. We simply have to learn to ask the right ones. For now, the question remains: Who or what is tracking our developing consciousness?

The above 1996 formation is called the Julia Set, a mathematical subset of the Mandlebrot set. Its complexity and size hundreds of feet in diameter is testimony to its non-human origin. It has been said that Crop Circles are like notes being sung on the Earth.
Each growing season sees another collection of exquisite formations, the origin of which remains a mystery.
